· Vital interests – collecting or using the information is needed when someone’s physical or mental health or Illbeing is at urgent or serious risk. This includes an urgent need for life sustaining food, water, clothing or shelter. All of your data protection rights may apply, except the right to object and the right to portability.

Email correspondence will be kept for 1 year from last interaction. If any information is needed regarding a safeguarding issue, this will be kept for as long as necessary for the safeguarding procedure.
Any information regarding health conditions will only be needed for individual sessions. This information will be kept until the session has happened (or for 1 year if disclosed via email).
· Organisations I may need to share information with for safeguarding reasons (such as the NHS, 999 or 111, the police or other intervening organisation)
